When reporting a problem
- Include your iPhone model and iOS version.
- Describe what you expected and what happened.
- If safe, include the relevant error message without personal content or credentials.
Privacy and data deletion
Memories are primarily stored on your device. You can delete individual records and face IDs inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local container, subject to any device backups. For questions about an AiStudioWorks-controlled service, email us.
